PRIVATE TOUR CINQUE TERRE WITH YOUR LOCAL GUIDE

The landscape of the Cinque Terre was recognized by UNESCO “World Heritage”, and is today a national Park and Protected Marine Area.

The most simple way to reach the Cinque Terre is to get a Intercity train, for example from Rome, Florence, Genoa and Milano. From Milan to Cinque Terre is about 3 hours train ride.

You can enjoy a Cinque Terre private tour also with a private car which allows you to stop in the most beautiful places and move without limit of time.

WHAT IS THE BEST TO SEE IN CINQUE TERRE?

With your local guide you can take a boat tour from Riomaggiore to Monterosso: from the sea you have the best view of the terraces, supported by dry stone walls made of limestone blocks.  The walls give support to the load of the soil hosting cultivated plants such as wine and olive trees.  The terraces are connected by extremely steep stairways.  The complex of this walls represent a true monument: that’s the reason why Cinque Terre is today a national park; to preserve the great work which has been made by the locals during 10 centuries.

HIKE AND WINE IN CINQUE TERRE

In a private tour don’t miss the opportunity to see the dry stone walls. You can choose to hike a part of the Cinque Terre blue trail, which link the 5 villages. Many steps, stone by stone, but an amazing view.

After a 3 hours hike betweeen Corniglia and Manarola you can relax in a vinery in Manarola: the village where the delicious Cinque Terre wine is produced. Take a taste of this special wine which is produced in a small quantity and suits perfectly with the local food, like Pesto alla Genovese, bruschetta with olives, red tomatoes, and fried anchovies

With a Cinque Terre private tour you can choose the best focused on your request and needs. Choose a wine tour, combine with Cinque terre hiking tour or a boat ride.

Visit Italy now – Update June 2020 – Is it safe to travel to Italy?

Italy will allow travel to and from abroad starting on June 3. According to the decree approved, restrictions will also be lifted on travel within Italy — meaning residents will once again be allowed to freely travel from region to region.

The measures are currently limited to residents in Europe’s visa-free Schengen area, and travellers will also not be required to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Italy after June 3.  For visitors from other countries Italy plans to ease travel restriction from July.

At the moment we organise walking tours (no closed places) using whispers and with a limited number of 15 participants.

We will update the situation regularly.  In case of questions do not hesitate to contact us.
